Literacy Frameworks

Our Spanish grade-level (preschool through fifth grade) literacy frameworks integrate transferable, non-transferable, content-compatible, and content-obligatory language skills into a weekly guideline to use within intensive world language classrooms. Each grade level aligns with Common Core literacy standards.

Teacher Training

During a comprehensive, summer training, add.a.lingua “instructional experts,” all current teachers using the literacy frameworks, provide hands-on, detailed support in a two-day professional development seminar.  Immersion educators learn best practices, immersion pedagogy, and experience a collaborative atmosphere designed to offer a highly practical knowledge of add.a.lingua’s literacy-development tool.
